Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Supports complex IT systems by gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating Agile project delivery. Expectations: - 8+ years in large-scale IT systems. - 8+ years eliciting requirements, writing user stories/acceptance criteria, and facilitating stakeholder communication. - 8+ years in SDLC methodologies and project governance. - 6+ years in Agile environments. - 5+ years with ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). - 3+ years in data modeling, information management, or architecture analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business/system requirements for IT projects. - Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation. - Manage business process workflows and prioritize changes. - Support project management/quality assurance tasks. - Conduct data research and recommend system/process improvements. - Maintain project documentation (status, risks, timelines) and adapt to evolving priorities in Agile frameworks. - Perform database and forms analysis. Required Skills: - Microsoft development platforms. - ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). - SQL Server Management Studio or relational databases. - Data modeling/architecture analysis fundamentals. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
