**Job Title:** Social Media Ninja
**Role Summary:**
Strategic marketing communications specialist focused on creating, curating, and distributing high‑impact content across digital platforms to elevate brand presence, engage communities, and support product launches in a fast‑paced startup environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver polished, on‑brand content across multiple formats (press releases, blogs, newsletters, decks, website copy).
- Execute and refine social media strategy to grow audience, enhance engagement, and drive user acquisition.
- Manage editorial calendar, coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams, and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Analyze performance metrics (SEO, social signals, engagement, retention) and iterate tactics accordingly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Create, edit, and publish diverse content assets (press releases, blogs, newsletters, decks, website copy).
2. Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms.
3. Maintain and update an editorial calendar aligned with product launches and business priorities.
4. Collaborate with creative team to develop, review, and finalize content for optimal quality and consistency.
5. Foster an active online community, building relationships through engaging posts and interactions.
6. Apply SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics to maximize reach and conversion.
7. Prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a rapid, dynamic startup setting.
**Required Skills:**
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
- Proven experience in content and social media strategy.
- Proficiency with publishing and social media management tools (WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and social analytics.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in content or social media marketing.
- Current enrollment in an MBA (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field) preferred.
