**Job Title:** Sales AI Intern **Role Summary:** Support the technical sales team by engaging with customers, preparing technical proposals, conducting market research, and managing CRM data. Gain hands‑on experience selling complex digital services and develop sales and technical communication skills. **Expectations:** - Assist in lead generation and prospect identification. - Contribute to the creation of technical proposals and product demonstrations. - Maintain accurate CRM records and update related content. - Shadow senior sales professionals to learn sales processes and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attend client meetings and respond to technical inquiries. - Draft and edit technical proposals and presentation materials. - Perform market and competitor research using tools such as B2BRocket.ai. - Update CRM system, blog posts, and website content as needed. - Support sales team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred. - Ability to conduct research and analyze market data. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (junior or senior year) in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; coursework or projects demonstrating technical aptitude are a plus.
