Job Description: **Job title**: Electromechanical Tender Manager & Quotation Specialist (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead the analysis, drafting, and pricing of electromechanical tenders for a leading industrial equipment company. Work closely with the Business Unit Head, Procurement, Operations, and customers to convert innovative projects in traditional, green, and infrastructure energy sectors into signed orders. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, technically sound tender documents and proposals. - Negotiate and present solutions to clients, achieving win‑rate targets. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transition from tender to production. - Maintain high client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze tender specifications and requirements. - Draft technical specifications and scope documents for supplier consultations. - Liaise with suppliers and Procurement on technical and commercial clarifications. - Build, price, and write complete technical solutions for clients. - Present proposals and negotiate terms with customers under BU leadership. - Convert accepted projects into confirmed orders. - Interface with Operations for launch coordination. - Track commercial performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Technical: - Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD or Autodesk). - Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, electric cabinets, high‑voltage posts, low‑voltage integration, metal structures, HVAC, fire protection, piping, shelters/skids. - Technical English writing; basic 3D CAD knowledge is a plus. - Non‑technical: - Team collaboration, rigor, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills. - Commercial: - Ability to draft competitive bids and manage client relationships. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field (or equivalent). - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar tender/quotation role, or an engineering/technical background with general installation knowledge. ---
