**Job Title** AI & Innovation Project Manager Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Strategic, cross‑functional internship focused on identifying, evaluating, and prototyping AI‑driven automation opportunities across all business units. Works under the Commercial Development & Innovation directorate to industrialize AI adoption and improve productivity. **Expectations** - Conduct needs‑assessment interviews with multiple departments. - Map low‑value, time‑consuming tasks and propose AI solutions. - Perform market scouting of AI tools (prompting, copilots, low‑code/no‑code). - Analyze ROI of proposed solutions (license cost vs time saved/quality gains). - Build and test prototypes with end‑users. - Deliver a structured final report outlining selected tools and implementation roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather requirements from HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, Legal, Technical, Procurement, etc., using semi‑structured interviews. 2. Create task‑flow maps to identify repetitive or low‑impact activities. 3. Recommend concrete AI actions (automated reporting, assisted writing, contract generation, client response automation, etc.). 4. Maintain an active watch on emerging AI technologies and platforms. 5. Conduct ROI studies for each proposed solution. 6. Develop and pilot prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts with relevant teams. 7. Document findings and produce a comprehensive final deliverable. **Required Skills** - Strong interest and basic knowledge of applied AI (chatbots, automation, NLP, AI copilots). - Excellent analytical, synthesis, and written/oral communication abilities. - Ability to assess cost‑effectiveness and ROI. - High degree of autonomy, relational skills, and collaborative mindset. - Hands‑on experience with AI‑enhanced tools such as Notion AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Excel + AI, Airtable, Make (or similar low/no‑code platforms). - Pedagogical approach and willingness to educate and support colleagues. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a Bac + 4/5 program (Master’s level) in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Innovation, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; demonstrable experience with AI tools is essential.
