Lead strategic thinking and new‑business efforts: craft compelling pitches, negotiate proposals, and close complex deals. 2. Translate client briefings into clear, measurable social-first strategies (content, influence, paid media, performance). 3. Build and refine structured frameworks that turn intuition into actionable, data‑driven plans. 4. Deliver strategy decks that educate, inspire, and align internal stakeholders and clients. 5. Embed strategic thinking across all service lines, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. 6. Represent the agency at industry events, speaking engagements, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). 7. Partner with CEOs in a dual‑reporting structure to influence key business decisions and agency growth. **Required Skills** - Strategic planning & business development. - Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior. - Strong storytelling, presentation, and persuasion abilities. - Data‑driven decision making with analytic tools and metrics. - Leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. - Project management and delivery focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy) are advantageous.
