**Job Title:** Network Systems Administrator
**Role Summary**
Strategic technical leader to manage complex, multi-site IT environments, drive technological modernization, and support organizational growth through secure, optimized infrastructure. Partner with internal teams and franchise networks to ensure seamless system operations and strategic technology integration.
**Expectations**
-Proactive management of hybrid (on-premise/Azure) IT infrastructure.
-Technical expertise in server, network, cybersecurity, virtualization, and disaster recovery.
-Strategic collaboration on innovation projects and infrastructure upgrades.
**Key Responsibilities**
-Proactively monitor and maintain server systems, LAN/WAN networks, and backup solutions.
-Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and hardware issues (onsite and cloud).
-Ensure system stability, performance, and security through advanced technical troubleshooting.
-Document network/system architecture.
-Lead infrastructure transformation projects and multi-platform system integrations.
-Provide Level 2/3 technical support, including after-hours critical system assistance.
-Promote IT best practices, cybersecurity, and mentorship within the team.
**Required Skills**
-Hands-on experience with: Hyper-V (Cluster), Veeam, Azure, O365, Windows Server (2019/2022), DFS, SAN, LAN/WAN/VPN, IIS, SSL certificates, SQL, Fortinet (firewall, switch, wireless), PowerShell.
-Fluency in French and English (written/spoken).
-Strong organizational precision, autonomous collaboration, initiative, and multitasking.
**Required Education & Certifications**
-DEC in Computer Science.
-5–7 years in a similar role.
-Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft NAV, project management) advantageous.
