Job Description
Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Analyst Role Summary: Lead high‑impact cybersecurity engagements, assessing clients’ security maturity, designing and implementing advanced protective solutions, and shaping their security management frameworks. Deliver technical guidance across policy, process, and technology environments, ensuring adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, PCI‑DSS, OWASP, and other regulatory standards. Expectations: - 15+ years in IT with at least 8 years focused on cybersecurity (technical and organizational). - Fluent in English and French. - Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary security projects and communicate findings to executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assess security posture across technology, process, and organizational domains. - Define and drive the implementation of cyber‑security strategies, policies, procedures, and guides aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI‑DSS, OWASP, and other frameworks. - Ensure operational compliance of security controls (EDR, DLP, AV, SIEM, etc.). - Facilitate risk management processes and incident response planning. - Conduct operational reviews and internal audits. - Deploy and configure advanced security solutions (EDR, SIEM, monitoring tools). - Maintain technology watch and recommend tooling improvements. - Collaborate closely with client IT teams to integrate security controls into existing environments. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of Windows and Linux systems. - Advanced knowledge of network security, IAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security (M365, Azure). - Expertise in security solutions such as SentinelOne, Fortinet, ManageEngine, and related tools. - Strong analytical, communication, writing, and client‑relationship skills. - Ability to work autonomously, maintain rigor, and deliver high‑quality service. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a specialized Master’s in Cybersecurity. - Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. - Experience with ISO, GDPR, NIST, and other regulatory‑based security environments.
