Job title: Marketing Director
Role Summary: Senior marketing leader responsible for strategic direction, positioning, and end‑to‑end launch of multiple brands, products, and partner initiatives across a multi‑brand portfolio.
Expectations: Deliver measurable brand awareness and sales growth, lead cross‑functional teams, and synchronize marketing efforts with sales, operations, and finance. Demonstrate autonomy, strategic vision, and execution excellence under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives for all brands and the agency’s client base.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities and launch plans.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies for existing products, new launches, collaborative projects, and events.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations, partnerships, and media alliances that reinforce brand positioning.
- Oversee event strategy to ensure alignment with brand, sales, and customer experience goals.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to guarantee cohesive execution.
- Lead, prioritize, allocate resources to, and hold accountable an internal marketing team.
- Establish, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs; adjust tactics based on data and market feedback.
- Manage marketing budget and financial reporting to senior leadership.

- Demonstrated expertise in product positioning, go‑to‑market, and 360° marketing deployment.
- Experience managing staff and budgets.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft 365 suite.
