Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, proactively identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of managed services and projects. Serve as the client’s primary advisor, aligning client needs with solution delivery and driving retention and revenue growth. **Expactations:** - Deliver consistent, high‑quality client service and maintain engagement. - Meet or exceed retention, renewal, and upsell revenue targets. - Maintain detailed, accurate client records in the CRM. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, delivery, and executive teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check‑ins and strategic reviews. - Identify expansion and cross‑sell opportunities through consultative, value‑based selling. - Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes with delivery teams. - Monitor client satisfaction via surveys and feedback, proactively mitigating risks. - Provide performance reports, ROI insights, and strategic recommendations to clients. - Share client insights internally to inform continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Proven account management or client success experience in MSP, technology, or professional services. - Strong relationship‑building and executive stakeholder communication. - Ability to manage multiple accounts while collaborating across teams. - Present insights, recommendations, and value to clients (in person or online). - Basic understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience. - Valid driver’s license (ability to travel to client sites).
