Job Description: Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive business growth by developing client relationships and selling industrial products to commercial customers. Focus on territory management, pipeline development, and maximizing sales through a mix of product and fuel offerings. Expactations: High-energy, competitive individual with proven sales success. Must thrive in a performance-driven environment with a focus on closing deals and maintaining 70% remote/field-based activity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and expand customer accounts in assigned territory, generating $1M+ sales pipelines. - Conduct outside sales, prospecting, and converting leads into customers for industrial products and fuel. - Maintain CRM/ERP systems for sales tracking, quoting, order processing, and product updates. - Provide post-sale support via phone, email, or in-person for billing, order updates, and issue resolution. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years industrial/wholesale sales experience (fuel/lubricants preferred). - Proficiency in CRM and ERP software. - Cold calling and lead conversion expertise. - Bilingual French/English communication (verbal/written). - Valid G driver’s license for territory travel. Required Education & Certifications: - College diploma in business, sales, or marketing. - ERP/CRM platform experience required. - Professional driver’s license (G) mandatory.
