**Job Title** Territory Manager **Role Summary** Drive operational excellence across the territory by ensuring product availability, compliance with standards, and superior customer service for paint and related products. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent product supply while maintaining inventory accuracy. - Meet operational and compliance targets set by corporate policy. - Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to inquiries. - Contribute to sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day‑to‑day inventory levels, track stock movements, and forecast demand. - Oversight of logistical processes, including warehousing, shipping, and receiving. - Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with production, distribution, and sales teams to coordinate product flow. - Prepare operational reports, analysis, and recommendations for improvement. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards for all products. - Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align territory strategy with corporate goals. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in inventory management and logistics. - Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills. - Proficiency with inventory/ERP software and database analytics. - Analytical mindset for problem solving and process optimization. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or APICS preferred but not mandatory. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
