Job Description: Job Title: Co‑Founder & CTO Role Summary: Lead the technical vision and architecture for a next‑generation AI‑enabled banking platform, build the first product release, and scale the engineering organization while ensuring compliance and security in regulated financial environments. Expectations: Recognized technical founder with equity stake, decision‑making authority on long‑term architecture (3–5 years), ability to balance rapid delivery with regulatory rigor, and a passion for shaping product, culture, and business. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the platform’s technical strategy and vision. - Design and deliver AI‑native systems (agents, orchestration, workflow, automation). - Establish architecture for scalability, security, and reliability. - Build the first product version, then systematize engineering processes and teams. - Serve as technical spokesperson to banks, partners, and investors. - Own product direction, engineering culture, and organizational growth. Required Skills: - Proven experience delivering complex, production‑grade systems. - Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and microservices. - Expertise in AI/ML integration, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration (e.g., Salesforce). - Knowledge of data security, regulatory compliance, and best practices for fintech. - Leadership experience building and scaling high‑performance engineering teams. - Strong communication, judgment, and entrepreneurial mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MLOps, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
