Job Title: Senior Front End Engineer (Lead) Role Summary: Lead front‑end engineering for multiple products, shaping architecture, standards, and best practices while remaining hands‑on in coding, mentoring, and technical decision‑making. Expectations: Own front‑end architecture across products, collaborate with product, design, QA, and back‑end teams, deliver scalable, well‑tested applications iteratively, prototype new ideas, influence technical direction, uphold code quality and UX, drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Design and own front‑end architecture and coding standards. - Work with product managers, designers, QA, and back‑end engineers to deliver high‑quality user experiences. - Build, test, and maintain scalable, maintainable front‑end applications. - Scope work, shape solutions, and drive technical decisions. - Prototype new features and evolve the product platform. - Mentor and coach junior engineers. Required Skills - 5+ years as Senior or Lead Front‑End Engineer in a product‑led environment. - Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Strong focus on code quality, testing, and user experience. - Proven technical leadership and mentorship. - Excellent cross‑disciplinary communication and collaboration. - Comfortable with iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
