Job Description: **Job Title** Consultant Manager – Digital Transformation / Operational Excellence **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Manage project scope, budget, and risk while coaching junior consultants and driving business growth. **Expactations** - Minimum 8 years of consulting experience in complex transformation or IT projects. - Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering measurable value to C‑Level stakeholders. - Strong business‑development skills: identify opportunities, conduct pre‑sales, and capture new revenue. - Functional fluency in English (oral & written) and native French. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary client contact; secure deliverables, timelines, and budget commitments. - Design and implement digital‑transformation roadmaps focusing on data, AI, and process excellence. - Mentor and supervise on‑site consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and performance standards. - Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (C‑Level, Operations, external partners). - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; lead pre‑sales activities with partners. - Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm’s consulting portfolios and offerings. **Required Skills** - Expertise in digital transformation, data & AI initiatives, and operational improvement. - Leadership and coaching capabilities for mid‑level consultants. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Lean methodologies. - Analytical mindset; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s level (Bac +5) from an engineering or business school. - Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, CSPO), SAFe, or Lean are preferred.
