Job title: Senior Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of THG’s integrated marketing strategy, building brand awareness, engaging gaming and cybersecurity communities, and driving B2B lead generation.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth across digital channels, maintain brand consistency in a high‑growth startup environment, and provide senior-level ownership of multi‑channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategy across TikTok, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, creating short‑form videos, graphics, memes, and stories.
- Translate technical and AI concepts into compelling, audience‑appropriate messaging.
- Plan, execute, and measure multi‑channel B2B and B2C campaigns with major partners, supporting pitches to government, enterprise, and education.
- Produce case studies, thought‑leadership content, and website copy to reinforce brand positioning.
- Manage email, SMS, push notifications, website UX, SEO, and analytics to optimise funnel KPIs.
- Coordinate activations at esports, gaming, and cybersecurity events for consistent brand presence.
- Lead and mentor a Junior Marketing Executive.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrable growth results in tech, gaming, or early‑stage companies.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, content formats, creator collaboration, and community management.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to young, tech‑centric audiences.
- Proficiency in website and digital channel management, with working knowledge of SEO and UX.
- Brand‑building expertise: positioning, identity, and cross‑channel storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex products and generate commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable in fast‑changing environments, prioritising agility and data‑driven decisions.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous but not mandatory.
