Job Description
Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager Role Summary: Newly created full-time role to drive integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital channels, and product launches, focusing on brand growth and revenue. Reports to Director of Brand Marketing. Expectations: - 3–5 years experience in brand marketing, digital/social media, preferably in beauty/skincare. - Proven leadership in managing teams or cross-functional projects. - Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, retail, and influencer collaborations to support product launches. - Oversee DTC social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with engaging, high-performing content. - Align email/SMS marketing messaging with brand storytelling and promotions. - Manage Amazon team and Levanta affiliate platform for campaign coordination. - Collaborate with design teams to create creative assets for campaigns. - Own brand marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of launches and promotions. - Lead end-to-end brand campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and sales. - Coordinate photoshoots with photographers and creatives for brand-aligned visual content. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products. - Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using KPIs. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain market leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging and business goals.
