Job Description
**Job Title:** Resident I&C Lead Engineer **Role Summary:** Act as the on‑site I&C lead for a major ICMS project, representing contractor interests. Manage technical integrity, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely resolution of engineering issues between the contractor’s I&C team and the ICMS supplier. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑integrity control and safety system solutions within project timelines. - Maintain professional communication, uphold contractor values, and negotiate effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary technical liaison between contractor I&C team and supplier. - Review, monitor, and validate supplier planning, scheduling, and preparation activities for ICMS scope. - Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, performance metrics, and risk status. - Coordinate technical input planning and provide clear system configuration and design instructions. - Resolve technical issues promptly and drive closure of open actions within agreed timelines. - Document and track all action items, maintaining accurate status records. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication, able to articulate priorities and instructions clearly. - Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, maintaining firm, professional conduct. - Deep technical knowledge of control and safety system engineering. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Control System Engineer. - Professional certification in control/safety system engineering (e.g., IEC 61508, ISA 84) preferred.
