Job Title: Associate, Digital Marketing
Role Summary: Supports website marketing initiatives, including content updates, campaign coordination, and site maintenance. Performs quality assurance, analytics monitoring, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and optimized web presence.
Expactations: • 1–3 years of digital marketing or website management experience (internships included).
• Hands‑on CMS proficiency, preferably WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute website marketing initiatives, updates, and campaigns.
• Publish and edit content, update pages, and troubleshoot daily website operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Product, IT, and Legal/Compliance to ensure accurate, timely updates.
• Maintain CMS content, navigation, and assets; manage digital repositories.
• Support SEO, accessibility, calls‑to‑action, and engagement improvements.
• Conduct QA testing for functionality, accuracy, and cross‑browser/device consistency.
• Monitor website performance using analytics dashboards; assist in basic trend analysis.
• Facilitate tagging and tracking implementation with senior team members.
• Assist in integrated digital marketing and omni-channel campaigns; support email, automation, and CRM website components.
Required Skills: • CMS (WordPress) proficiency.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager experience.
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
