**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Lead identification and evaluation of business requirements and systems processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Develop solutions through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and systems prototyping. **Expectations** • Translate real-time data into actionable insights to improve systems performance. • Partner with stakeholders to align technical and business goals. • Maintain rigorous quality assurance and documentation standards. • Optimize system usability and deliver consistent status updates. • Troubleshoot systems issues and drive integration with external partners. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and execute project management plans with cross-team transparency. • Analyze, document, and validate user requirements for production systems. • Collaborate with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams on integrated solutions. • Author technical documentation and formalize requirements for internal/external use. • Perform daily systems analytics and present findings to managerial/executive teams. • Improve systems workflows through iterative evaluation and process refinement. **Required Skills** • Advanced SQL and database management. • Technical documentation and report generation. • Systems process analysis and problem-solving. • Data interpretation and presentation of insights. • Proficiency in Business Objects. • Familiarity with ITIL Foundations. **Required Education & Certifications** • Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in analytics and systems development. • Certifications in ITIL Foundations preferred. • Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, JIRA, ADO, etc.) advantageous.
