**Job Title:** Director – Client Delivery **Role Summary:** Lead and oversee the delivery of client engagements for a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement of delivery practices. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on target margins. - Provide strategic guidance and coaching to client delivery teams. - Partner with sales and GTM teams to identify and expand business opportunities. - Maintain financial accountability for billed revenue, gross margin, and KPI achievement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish deep understanding of client business needs and align solutions with strategic goals. - Implement and enforce delivery operating models and governance frameworks. - Coach team members on portfolio challenges and deliver transformative outcomes. - Lead strategic account planning with Sales and Delivery GTM teams. - Monitor engagement health, adjust plans, and resolve issues proactively. - Drive revenue growth through value‑based delivery and land‑and‑expand initiatives. - Collaborate across business areas to optimize delivery results and influence executive decision‑makers. - Lead special initiatives to improve delivery processes and business performance. - Identify new opportunities for incremental value and bring in cross‑functional expertise. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership and team management experience in client engagement or consulting. - Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies and industry‑specific contexts (e.g., manufacturing, financial services). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate across functional teams. - Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and driving business growth. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field. - Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred. - Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or consulting (e.g., Certified Management Consultant) highly desirable.
