Job Description
Job Title: Creative Production Project Manager Role Summary: The role leads end-to-end creative production for content marketing projects, ensuring editorial, design, and video deliverables meet client briefs and are delivered on schedule. Expectations: - Review all creative outputs before client delivery, giving green‑light authority and actionable feedback. - Maintain precise, client‑facing delivery schedules; track tasks and deliverables on a monthly basis. - Act as the advocate for the client within internal teams, resolving issues swiftly. - Coordinate with production teams to guarantee on‑time, on‑brief outputs. - Conduct regular client check‑ins and manage escalation of content or strategy concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update client delivery timelines and task status dashboards. - Review and approve project artifacts (editorial, design, video) against brief requirements. - Offer clear, constructive feedback to production staff. - Facilitate weekly or bi‑weekly client meetings and capture action items. - Escalate unresolved content or strategy issues to appropriate stakeholders. - Maintain meticulous records of project milestones, client communications, and feedback loops. Required Skills: - Strong editorial judgment and written communication. - Advanced organizational and multi‑tasking capability. - Proficiency with industry software and proprietary tools. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail orientation and problem‑solving ability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline). - Minimum 2 years of relevant creative production or project management experience.
