Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Developer Role Summary: Spearhead the commercial strategy for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform in property management. Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals with C‑level executives, while building a scalable sales process and nurturing key partnerships in the public and private sectors. Expectations: - Achieve measurable revenue targets and growth objectives set by senior leadership. - Deliver end‑to‑end sales performance, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing metrics. - Build a repeatable sales process and funnel that can be scaled as the team expands. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with large institutional accounts (social housing, institutional investors). Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute outbound and inbound commercial strategies. - Construct, monitor, and optimize the sales funnel and conversion metrics. - Structure and maintain sales tools: CRM setup, prospecting sequences, pipeline tracking. - Prospect actively through cold‑email, cold‑call, and social selling. - Qualify inbound leads and prepare them for sales conversations. - Schedule, lead, and follow up on client meetings (virtual or onsite). - Craft and adapt sales pitches and collateral to buyer personas. - Negotiate and close deals with senior decision‑makers. - Respond to public tenders and other formal procurement opportunities. - Identify high‑potential markets and tailor offers in collaboration with product. - Forge strategic partnerships to accelerate product adoption and market reach. Required Skills: - Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (minimum 3–5 years). - Strong outbound prospecting (cold‑email, cold‑call, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Expertise in pipeline management and CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, similar). - Ability to engage and close C‑level stakeholders. - Experience handling public sector tender processes. - Entrepreneurial mindset, rigorous, autonomous, and result‑driven. - Team orientation and ability to structure and mentor a sales team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: ‑ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). ‑ Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional, CHAMP, or similar) considered a plus.
