Job Description

**Job Title** Data Migration Engineer **Role Summary** Implement data migration for a BioTech client's ERP rollout, ensuring accurate data transfer, cleansing, and integration across finance, supply chain, and CRM modules in a GMP‑regulated environment. **Expectations** - Execute end‑to‑end data migration for SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent ERP systems. - Deliver clean, deduplicated, and validated data aligned with regulatory standards. - Maintain clear documentation, communication, and compliance throughout the project. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and manage migration workflows using ETL tools and SQL. - Conduct data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and archival. - Validate data accuracy against source systems and compliance protocols. - Collaborate with functional teams on business process mapping. - Produce migration run‑books, test cases, and validation reports. - Ensure all activities support GMP and other regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - Proven ERP data migration experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.). - Proficiency in ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation techniques. - Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS. - Knowledge of cloud‑based ERP platforms. - Familiarity with GMP, pharmaceutical/biotech, or medical device regulatory frameworks. - Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills. - Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications in ERP systems or data integration (e.g., SAP MM/SD, Informatica Certified Developer, Boomi Academy Certified Engineer) preferred.
