By learning and doing, Student Teams are the drivers of change, as they have the creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to pur- sue fresh ideas and find new opportunities. Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager Role Summary: Lead product strategy, governance, and delivery for multiple live services in a large-scale government transformation programme. Own product roadmap, prioritise initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and embed agile practices across Azure Cloud and network infrastructure environments. Expactations: Deliver measurable business outcomes through product discovery, roadmap development, and continuous improvement. Influence programme, delivery, and technical teams to align services with organisational goals and enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own product strategy for live services within the transformation programme. - Drive product discovery, roadmap creation, and prioritisation aligned to business outcomes. - Collaborate with Azure Cloud and network infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant services. - Engage and influence senior stakeholders across programme, delivery, and technical functions. - Champion continuous improvement of agile delivery practices and ways of working. - Oversee product performance, risk management, and delivery assurance. Required Skills: - Senior or lead product management experience in complex, enterprise‑scale environments. - Proven track record delivering within Azure Cloud ecosystems. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cloud‑hosted services. - Experience managing multiple live services concurrently. - Senior stakeholder management and influence skills. - Familiarity with government or highly regulated environments (desirable). Required Education & Certifications: - Valid SC Clearance required at time of joining. - Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). - Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, CSI, or equivalent) preferred.
