Job Description
**Job Title** Integrated Management System (IMS) Reference / Risk Management / Performance Officer (M/F) **Role Summary** Drive the deployment and continual improvement of the organization’s Integrated Management System, aligning risk management, compliance, and performance objectives. Facilitate collaboration across functions, promote best practices, and ensure that IMS processes are understood, adopted, and leveraged as performance drivers. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear, stakeholder‑driven IMS strategy. - Act as a catalyst for risk awareness, continuous improvement, and process simplification. - Maintain active engagement with risk management experts and line‑of‑business teams to promote performance and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **IMS Governance** - Deploy national process reference frameworks (RNP) and support teams in their adoption. - Co‑ordinate bi‑annual reviews, maintain internal control dashboards, and produce control‑internal reports. - Lead the IMS committee, documenting minutes and action items. - Participate in risk validation activities and audit preparation. - Represent the organization at national forums (CNAV) and manage local review communities. - Administer IMS portal access and maintain local documentation repositories. 2. **Communication & Awareness** - Design and deliver interactive pedagogical actions to promote IMS understanding among business actors. 3. **Project Involvement** - Contribute to internal and external projects, collaborating with national entities to tailor service offerings. 4. **Continuous Improvement** - Champion the sharing of best practices, simplify processes, and foster collective problem solving. 5. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work closely with support functions within the MAPE center and all business units to ensure alignment and address challenges. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of risk‑analysis methodology. - Proficiency with IMS, risk‑management, and internal control frameworks; ability to learn new systems quickly. - Experience facilitating collective intelligence and collaborative sessions. - Excellent listening, teaching, and interpersonal skills. - Persuasive communication and proposal‑writing abilities. - High‑level analytical, writing, and synthesis capabilities. - Effective time‑management and prioritisation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications in risk management, process improvement (e.g., ISO 9001/ISO 27001, Six Sigma, or GRC) are preferred.
