Job Description
Job Title: Product Designer (UI/UX) (F/H) Role Summary: Design intuitive, ergonomic, and visually consistent user interfaces for data/AI-driven digital products. Drive UX/UI strategy, create user journeys, mockups, and prototypes, and maintain the design system. Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of user experience. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality UX/UI designs that prioritize user needs and business goals. - Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system and visual language across all applications. - Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency in every interface. - Communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders and development teams. - Challenge and refine functional decisions to enhance overall experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (Figma). 2. Translate business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions. 3. Create, update, and maintain the design system (components, styles, guidelines). 4. Ensure graphical and functional coherence across all product interfaces. 5. Incorporate accessibility and ergonomic principles into every design. 6. Work in close partnership with product and development teams to validate designs during implementation. 7. Critically evaluate functional choices and propose UX optimizations. Required Skills: - Strong UX/UI design expertise with a focus on usability and user-centered design. - Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). - Experience building and managing a design system. - Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA). - Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail. - Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Strong communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus). Required Education & Certifications: - Degree or equivalent training in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or UX/UI. - Portfolio demonstrating user‑centric design solutions; portfolio weight may outweigh formal degree. ---
