**Job title** Automation Engineer R&D (M/F) **Role Summary** Collaborate with the R&D lead and a multidisciplinary team to design, program, test, and commission automated equipment across the company’s portfolio. Provide end‑to‑end support from technical specification to on‑site installation and commissioning, ensuring high‑quality, reliable automation solutions. **Expectations** - Work 90 % sedentary in a fast‑growing, integrated manufacturing environment. - Contribute technical expertise to project roadmaps and interact with internal teams (design, robotics) and clients. - Progress towards senior roles such as project manager or technical specialist. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Participate in project teams to define technical roadmaps. 2. Review electrical and mechanical drawings (See Electrical) for feasibility and detail. 3. Program and commission PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff) in workshop and at client sites. 4. Develop HMI and industrial supervision systems. 5.
