Job Description
Job title: Client Implementation Lead Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for specialty P&C insurance clients, translating business requirements into functional specifications, configuring the platform, and managing go‑live and hypercare phases while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Expectations: - 2‑3 years of client‑facing implementation experience in technology, insurance, fintech, or consulting. - Ability to drive projects independently from kickoff to go‑live with minimal oversight. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel up to 20% for client workshops, conferences, and sales events. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery workshops to capture client workflows, rules, and integration needs. - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and configuration guidelines. - Own project execution: define scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies; monitor progress and resolve issues. - Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing with client stakeholders. - Plan and execute cutover, go‑live readiness, and hypercare support. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams to ensure alignment. - Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery standards. - Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and partner events to support business development. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience coordinating and supporting client‑facing projects. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to travel up to 20%. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field. - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or CSM are a plus.
