Job Description
**Job Title:** Solution Engineer **Role Summary:** Technically skilled engineer who will serve as the primary liaison between Oriient and its major customers, guiding the integration of Oriient’s indoor‑location mobile SDKs (iOS & Android) into customer applications. The role blends mobile development expertise with strong customer‑facing abilities to ensure successful deployments, product adoption, and continuous feedback to internal teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver seamless SDK integrations and troubleshoot complex issues promptly. - Act as the trusted technical advisor for assigned enterprise customers. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to align product roadmaps with customer needs. - Provide clear documentation, training, and ongoing support. - Maintain proactive communication and be available for on‑site engagement as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers to gather requirements and support end‑to‑end SDK integration. - Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, debugging, and issue resolution. - Advise customers on app architecture and workflow design to maximize use of Oriient technology. - Coordinate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure synchronized product launches. - Develop and deliver integration guides, technical documentation, and training sessions. - Partner with R&D (mobile) to incorporate new features and fixes into customer implementations. - Conduct regular on‑site visits and participate in customer roadmap discussions. **Required Skills:** - Strong background in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) and experience with mobile SDKs/APIs. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Proven customer‑facing experience with a consultative approach. - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations. - Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. - Ability to produce detailed technical documentation. - Team player with initiative and relationship‑building capabilities. - Familiarity with BI/analytics tools and enterprise customer environments is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., iOS/Android development, SDK integration) are advantageous but not mandatory.
