Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Lead, EMEA Role Summary: Lead the EMEA demand generation strategy for a global AI-native digital experience platform, driving qualified pipeline and revenue through integrated inbound, outbound, and field programs aligned with global GTM goals. Expactations: - Own and execute a multi‑channel demand generation roadmap targeting enterprise and mid‑market accounts. - Deliver measurable pipeline growth (MQLs, SQLs, sales‑accepted opportunities) and revenue targets. - Maintain strong alignment with Sales, RevOps, Brand, and Product marketing teams. - Lead continuous optimization of the funnel and execution of data‑driven experiments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the regional demand strategy aligned with global GTM objectives. - Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end campaigns across paid media, content syndication, ABM, email, and events. - Localize global messaging for EMEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy. - Analyze funnel performance, identify gaps, and apply attribution modeling to refine tactics. - Build and maintain live dashboards of KPIs (MQL, SQL, SAO, revenue). - Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests; iterate successful experiments at scale. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Development, Enablement, RevOps, and Global Marketing. - Stay current on demand, digital, and AI innovations; recommend new tools and approaches. - Ensure all programs meet enterprise‑grade security, compliance, and brand guidelines. Required Skills: - 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS/technology with successful EMEA track record. - Proven expertise in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), and analytics (Tableau, Power BI). - Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → SAO), attribution models, and ROI analysis. - Experience leading AI‑driven experiments and workflows. - Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. - Fluency in French, German, or another major European language is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - BA/BS degree (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications in marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketo Certified Expert, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are advantageous.
