**Job title** Commercial Media Senior **Role Summary** Senior commercial media sales professional responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining a portfolio of advertisers. Provides strategic media and digital consulting to high‑level decision makers, delivering integrated advertising, content, and event solutions that drive business growth. **Expectations** - Achieve revenue targets through structured prospecting and account development. - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the advertising market, media formats, and digital innovations. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and acquire new business, targeting high‑potential clients. - Advise advertisers on comprehensive media and digital strategies, including online/offline placements, brand content, events, and data‑driven solutions. - Develop compelling commercial proposals, recommendations, and presentations. - Set and track KPI‑driven performance objectives; prepare action plans and regular reporting. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, marketing, digital, production, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns. - Conduct ongoing market analysis and keep internal stakeholders informed of industry trends. **Required Skills** - Results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation and prospecting capabilities. - Active listening, consultative selling, and the ability to tailor solutions to client business goals. - High degree of organization, autonomy, and time‑management. - Excellent teamwork, communication under pressure, and ethical professionalism. - Deep understanding of the advertising market, media offerings, performance metrics, and valuation. - Proficiency in building persuasive commercial arguments and client presentations. - Comfortable with commercial management tools and CRM platforms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in commerce, marketing, communication, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of proven success in selling media, digital, or advertising solutions. - Prior experience within a media group, ad‑tech, or large communications agency is highly desirable.
