Job title: Solutions Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain automation and integration solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Logic Apps. Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into effective, governed solutions, support existing applications, and lead migration of integrations from Power Platform to Logic Apps.

- Adhere to governance frameworks and best‑practice guidelines set by the Architecture and Engineering team.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and provide guidance to citizen developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps solutions.
- Maintain and enhance current Power Platform applications used across the organization.
- Implement and enforce Power Platform governance principles.
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements, create design specifications, and deliver measurable improvements.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Data, System Specialists, Service Delivery, Information Security) to ensure cohesive delivery and supportability.
- Mentor and support citizen developers, promoting best‑practice design patterns.
- Migrate system‑to‑system integrations from Power Platform to Azure Logic Apps where appropriate.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing and developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proven ability to integrate systems via APIs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Familiarity with event‑driven architecture, integration patterns, and serverless solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling for configuration management across environments.
- Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, or Dynamics 365 F&O is advantageous.
- Desirable: experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, and governance of Power Platform environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Microsoft certifications relevant to Power Platform and Azure (e.g., PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400, AZ‑303, AZ‑304) are preferred.
