**Job Title**
LinkedIn Sales Coaching Specialist (3‑Month Program)
**Role Summary**
Provide structured, high‑impact coaching to solopreneurs, consultants, and SMEs using an AI‑powered LinkedIn prospecting agent. Facilitate client’s mastery of the sales funnel, offer development, targeting, messaging, campaign launch, and closing. Deliver individualized and group coaching, support through asynchronous platforms, and guide clients to double their investment ROI (minimum €5k/month).
**Expectations**
- Complete a full 3‑month coaching cycle per client, achieving measurable sales growth.
- Maintain a minimum 2:1 ROI for each client’s investment in the program.
- Work at least 5 client-specific sessions (45 min each), daily community engagement, and weekly WhatsApp support.
- Conduct one monthly group session (~90 min).
- Available 1–2 times per weekday.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Individual Coaching** – 5 video calls per client: clarify offers, define personas, craft outreach scripts, launch & optimize campaigns, refine closing techniques, analyze KPIs, diagnose blockers, and propose actionable changes.
2. **Community Engagement** – Daily monitoring and responding to learner queries on Skool; facilitate discussion and knowledge sharing.
3. **WhatsApp Support** – Weekly goal-setting prompts, progress check‑ins, tactical messaging advice, persona refinement, KPI interpretation, and closing problem resolution.
4. **Monthly Group Session** – Deliver interactive training on setting, script improvement, offer structuring, KPI management, and case‑study analysis.
5. **AI Agent Guidance** – Review tutorials, assist with agent configuration, interpret outputs, and adjust targeting/messages in real time.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2B sales coaching or high‑ticket closing experience.
- Mastery of pre‑sales (setting) and/or closing techniques: persona development, hook creation, follow‑ups, and closing calls.
- Strong asynchronous communication: proficiency with Skool, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Notion, ChatGPT.
- Educational mindset: ability to explain complex concepts simply, design actionable plans, and provide constructive feedback.
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to adopt them in sales workflows.
**Bonus Skills**
- High‑ticket or premium service closing background.
- Hands‑on LinkedIn/social selling prospecting experience.
- Comfortable speaking to small groups via video.
- Entrepreneurial initiative and proactive client‑success orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
- No mandatory certification; prior coaching credentials and experience will be preferred.
