**Job Title:** Program Director – CRM & Martech
**Role Summary:**
Seasoned program leader responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑volume digital marketing and technology initiatives (e.g., email campaigns, CDP rollouts, audience segmentation) for large international clients. Drives program strategy, structures, and technical oversight while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, on‑budget execution.
**Expectations:**
- Define and enforce robust program frameworks and processes.
- Lead agile/scrum execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
- Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes to internal and client stakeholders.
- Mentor senior project managers and foster collaboration among delivery teams.
- Contribute technical feasibility insights to roadmap and capacity planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement scalable delivery structures for multi‑client, multi‑workstream programs.
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and quality assurance.
- Partner with technical leads (engineering, architecture) to define requirements and ensure solution integrity.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics; drive continuous process improvement.
- Report program status, risks, and achievements to client service leadership and client counterparts.
- Establish new program frameworks for net‑new client engagements.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years program management experience with focus on MarTech, CRM, and data‑driven marketing.
- Deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, data integration, and CRM platforms (audience building, personalization).
- Proven hands‑on expertise in large‑scale digital program delivery, agile/scrum methodologies, and backlog management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail‑orientation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities; collaborative mindset in fast‑paced, flat organizations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
- PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project/program management certification (preferred).
- Relevant MarTech or CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo) are a plus.
