Job Description

Job Title: Event Intern Role Summary: Assist in planning and executing a variety of corporate and team‑building events, from initial coordination to final delivery, within a dynamic event management team. Expectations: - Complete a 3‑6 month internship (unpaid). - Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and reliable follow‑through on assigned tasks. - Engage actively with team meetings, client discussions, and vendor communications. Key Responsibilities: - Support event coordination and logistics (venue selection, scheduling, vendor liaison). - Create content for presentations, social media posts, and visual assets. - Handle administrative tracking (budgets, timelines, attendee lists). - Maintain regular contact with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless communication. - Contribute ideas and creative input during planning sessions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in French and English; Dutch language a plus. - Strong organizational, autonomous, and detail‑oriented work habits. - Comfortable using digital tools: Canva, social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite. - Creative, curious, and enthusiastic mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student or recent graduate in Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
