**Job Title**
Assistant Corporate Sales Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and expand B2B corporate sales activities, including high‑value corporate accounts, gifting solutions, and premium event privatisation, while ensuring seamless execution from proposal to delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
**Expectations**
- Achieve predefined sales growth and revenue targets in corporate, gifting, and events segments.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key corporate stakeholders and event partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and service quality across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Corporate Sales** – Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting banks, finance, law firms, luxury brands, media groups, and other high‑value sectors. Prospect new corporate accounts, craft tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle (quotation to logistics and invoicing).
2. **CRM & Analytics** – Keep the CRM fully updated, track leads, follow‑ups, and sales performance; use data to refine strategies and report results.
3. **Gifting & Corporate Gifts** – Design custom gifting portfolios (gift boxes, hampers, corporate items), coordinate product presentation, and manage delivery logistics to meet quality and timing standards.
4. **Event Privatisation** – Conceptualise premium event experiences, collaborate with operations, marketing, and communication teams to ensure flawless execution, and build a network of elite event partners.
5. **Market Intelligence** – Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine offerings.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2B corporate sales experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or premium coffee sectors.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Project / event management skills, including timeline and budget oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across product, merchandising, operations, and marketing functions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
- Certifications in Sales, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or Project/Events Management are advantageous.
