Job Description
**Job Title:** AI Strategy and Solutions Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of an organization‑wide responsible AI strategy. Bridge strategy and product delivery by assessing infrastructure needs, building governance frameworks, and prototyping high‑impact AI/ML solutions that demonstrate measurable value. **Expectations:** - Deliver a comprehensive AI roadmap balancing quick wins and long‑term capacity building. - Build and ship production AI/ML systems while establishing sustainable adoption practices. - Forge cross‑functional partnerships, ensuring alignment with security, risk, and operational policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess current AI readiness and produce a readiness report to inform roadmap development. - Identify and prioritize high‑impact use cases; translate business needs into technical solutions. - Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Python, Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform), and other relevant tools. - Create playbooks, policy standards, and evaluation criteria for POCs and MVPs. - Coordinate governance, risk assessment, and cross‑organizational alignment; partner with IT leadership on security and architecture compliance. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill non‑technical staff in effective prompting, responsible use, and AI tool adoption. - Manage vendor and consultant relationships to augment delivery capacity as needed. - Support communities of practice and stakeholder engagement to ensure co‑ownership of outcomes. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments. - Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). - Hands‑on experience building low‑code/no‑code AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of generative AI and traditional ML approaches. - Ability to assess organizational readiness, draft technology strategies, and balance innovation with practical constraints. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Experience driving business change and capacity building in technology adoption. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, AI/ML implementation, or a related technical field. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years focused on AI/ML strategy and implementation. ---
