**Job Title:** Assistant Brand Manager (Content Marketing) **Role Summary:** Support the Brand Manager in executing brand and go‑to‑market strategies for a sports nutrition consumer brand. Drive day‑to‑day content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and cross‑functional collaboration to build brand affinity and community. **Expectations:** - Deliver engaging social and influencer content that grows audience engagement and supports sales objectives. - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Translate performance data into actionable insights to continuously improve content effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute social media content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and engage with followers. - Produce and oversee visual assets (reels, photos, short‑form videos) independently or with agencies/ambassadors. - Plan, launch, and manage influencer and paid partnership programs (outreach, contracts, tracking, reporting). - Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and brand partners to generate authentic consumer‑focused content. - Monitor and report on social and influencer metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and recommend optimizations. - Partner with Sales, R&D, Operations, and external PR agency to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and packaging updates. - Create presentation decks, sales one‑pagers, and other brand communication materials. - Coordinate monthly PR activities, product sampling, and review cycles. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in marketing with a focus on content creation, social media, or brand support for consumer brands. - 1+ year managing B2C or CPG social media programs. - Proficiency in photo and short‑form video capture/editing for social platforms. - Advanced PowerPoint/presentation design ability. - Strong written communication and storytelling skills. - Ability to juggle multiple creative projects, timelines, and priorities. - Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and with external agencies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant hands‑on experience fulfills qualifications.
