**Job Title:** VP of Finance & Operations
**Role Summary:**
Senior executive leading financial strategy, governance, and operational performance in a fast‑growing international technology company. Drives profitability, compliance, and process efficiency across finance, revenue operations, legal, and workplace functions.
**Expectations:**

- Ensure rigorous financial controls and accountability.

- Align commercial activities with margin and revenue targets.
- Provide board‑level reporting and executive decision support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the annual operating budget, financial planning & analysis, and monthly reporting.
- Lead FP&A, management accounting, and performance tracking.
- Manage banking relationships, funding, and compliance reporting.
- Drive finance transformation: system implementation, automation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Partner with sales leadership on incentive design, pricing, and contract review.
- Improve revenue operations: invoicing speed, sales processes, and revenue capture.
- Oversee legal, risk, and corporate governance, including external counsel and board reporting.
- Maintain corporate compliance, governance, and cap‑table processes.
- Manage workplace operations, facilities, and key supplier contracts.
- Optimize operational costs across the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a finance & operations team.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on strategic and operational priorities.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior finance and operations leadership experience in high‑growth or scale‑up environments.
- Strong commercial and financial judgment; ability to hold the business accountable to performance.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and KPI management.
- Experience with finance systems implementation, automation, and data analytics.
- Commercial acumen: incentive design, pricing strategy, contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Operations management: facilities, supplier contracts, cost optimization.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills; influence board and senior leadership.
- Highly organized, process‑driven, execution‑focused, and collaborative leadership style.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), CFA, or equivalent professional finance qualification.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
