Job title: QA Engineer Role Summary: Execute comprehensive functional, API, and security testing for web and mobile applications in a Web3/DeFi platform, maintain detailed test documentation, and manage defect lifecycle in collaboration with developers. Expectations: Minimum 5 years of testing experience across monolith and microservices environments; proven expertise in REST API testing, automated test development, and use of industry-standard tools; strong understanding of client‑server interaction and software development workflows; familiarity with bug tracking systems and security testing principles. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional testing of web and mobile applications. - Conduct API testing, including REST, HTTP(s), AJAX, JSON, and XML. - Create and maintain test documentation and test plans. - Collaborate closely with developers and cross‑functional teams to resolve defects. - Manage and track bugs using a defect tracking system. - Utilize automated testing frameworks and tools.
