**Job Title:** EMEA Channel Director
**Role Summary:**
Lead and grow the partner ecosystem across the EMEA region, driving joint sales, marketing, and product integration initiatives. Build strong relationships with technology, OEM, and channel partners to align deals, achieve revenue targets, and increase market penetration for TiDB solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals through partner‑led opportunities.
- Expand and deepen strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Deliver measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.
- Provide timely reporting and insights on partner performance to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring mutual success metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries and collaboration.
- Partner with sales teams to match deals, coordinate pipeline progress, and close opportunities.
- Design and launch co‑marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Equip partners with training, tools, and resources to position and sell TiDB.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze results, and optimize partnership strategies.
- Explore integration opportunities with leading solutions for high‑yield revenue growth.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven partnership management, channel sales, or sales leadership experience (≥5 years) in database or cloud services.
- Deep understanding of technology consulting, cloud services, digital transformation, and enterprise software.
- Strong business acumen, market analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder influence.
- Negotiation and contract management proficiency, with knowledge of legal and financial partnership aspects.
- Track record of successful go‑to‑market initiatives and revenue achievement.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
