Job Description

**Job Title**: Salesforce Developer (nCino) **Role Summary**: Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions focused on nCino Loan Origination. Deliver secure, scalable applications within Agile teams; lead technical efforts on complex initiatives, provide guidance to junior developers, and ensure high reliability and performance. **Expectations**: - 5+ years of Salesforce platform development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. - In-depth knowledge of nCino LOS and banking processes. - Strong Agile experience, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform systems analysis, design, and development of Salesforce and nCino applications. - Serve as a lead contributor on complex projects, coordinating tasks for junior developers. - Create and manage technical components of project plans; provide effort estimates and timelines. - Design, execute, and validate detailed test plans; debug and resolve issues. - Analyze and document system integrations, dependencies, and impacts across platforms. - Produce clear technical and functional documentation. - Ensure application reliability, performance, compliance, and risk mitigation. **Required Skills**: - Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL. - nCino LOS configuration and customization. - Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management. - Integration tools: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware. - Troubleshooting, debugging, unit and integration testing. - Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder liaison. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. - Additional certifications in nCino or Banking Technologies preferred.
