**Job Title** Sales Retail – Suisse Romande (FR, NE, JU) – 100% Sales **Role Summary** Account & territory manager responsible for expanding El Tony’s retail presence in French‑speaking Switzerland. Drives new client acquisition in retail, cafés, and sports venues, nurtures existing partnerships, implements brand strategy, and executes localized activation campaigns. **Expectations** - Build and maintain a sustainable network of retail, café, and sports partners. - Plan and execute efficient touring schedules across the region. - Consistently deliver on sales and partnership renewal targets. - Align activities with brand positioning and corporate guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, approach, and onboard new retail, café, and sports accounts. - Develop and manage long‑term relationships with existing clients. - Lead product‑range discussions, negotiate contractual terms, and conduct annual reviews. - Design and implement localized events, promotional “boosts,” and brand activations. - Manage client information and sales activity logs using internal tools. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Off‑Trade, sales team, and internal stakeholders. - Travel within Jura, Neuchâtel, or Fribourg, ensuring on‑site visits and follow‑ups. **Required Skills** - Bilingual in French (native) and English (fluent). - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; customer‑centric mindset. - Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail environments. - Entrepreneurial spirit, self‑initiation, positivity, and integrity. - Ability to work independently, manage time and territory efficiently. - Valid Swiss category B driving licence; possession of a personal vehicle. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of secondary education (Matura or equivalent); a degree in commerce, marketing, or related field is preferred. - Valid driving licence category B.
