The role is fully remote, allowing flexible scheduling while building and maintaining relationships with private practitioners and hospital departments. **Expectations:** - Deliver targets within agreed territories, achieving high conversion rates and revenue growth. - Maintain autonomy, exhibit strong time‑management and organizational skills. - Continuously deepen product knowledge and market trends in women’s health diagnostics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify new clients in gynecology and urology settings (private practices, CHU, CH, private clinics). - Conduct product demonstrations and training for end‑users. - Negotiate terms, prepare proposals and close sales, managing the entire sales cycle. - Track sales activities, pipeline, and results in CRM tools. - Collaborate with technical support to ensure successful implementation of equipment. - Provide ongoing account support and maintain long‑term client relationships. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in medical equipment sales, ideally in imaging or gynecology. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions convincingly. - Effective negotiation and closing capabilities. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and organized. - Proficient with CRM systems and remote communication tools. - Basic understanding of women's health technologies and clinical workflows. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or related field preferred. - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of medical device regulations and sales certifications (e.g., Certified Medical Sales Professional) is advantageous. ---
