**Job Title:** Regional Representative – Retail (Frozen Food Category) **Role Summary:** Drive market expansion for a premium frozen‑food brand by leveraging existing relationships with supermarket and frozen‑food category buyers. Act as the liaison between the global consultancy network and local retail partners to secure listings, support negotiations, and provide market insights. **Expectations:** - Maintain a professional network of supermarket buyers in the assigned region. - Deliver timely, accurate communication with both clients and internal teams. - Meet or exceed agreed‑upon lead‑generation and deal‑closure targets. - Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Introduce and promote the client’s frozen‑food products to supermarket category buyers. - Open doors for product evaluations and support the listing process from initial contact to final agreement. - Gather and relay market feedback on pricing, promotions, and category trends. - Coordinate calls, meetings, and follow‑ups between buyers and client management (via email, phone, Zoom, or in‑person). - Represent the consultancy and client at trade shows, conventions, and networking events. - Share new global business opportunities with the internal team and assist in deal closure. - Maintain organized records of contacts, activities, and pipeline status. **Required Skills:** - Established relationships with supermarket and frozen‑food category buyers. - Strong understanding of retail listing, purchasing, and category management processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English (additional languages a plus). - Proven critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Comfort with digital communication tools (email, video conferencing, CRM systems). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry experience is essential.
