Job Description
Job Title: Application Support Specialist Role Summary: Deliver technical support for the FlowFit TBMS platform, resolving incidents, maintaining knowledge bases, and collaborating with IT to enhance product functionality while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Expectations: 3+ years B2B customer service experience, front‑line IT support expertise, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent organization and prioritization, action‑oriented, teamwork‑focused, and bilingual in English and French. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to incidents, service requests, and inquiries via Jira Service Management, live chat, phone, and video. - Monitor incident progress, enforce SLAs, and communicate status to stakeholders. - Document solutions, update procedures, and contribute to knowledge‑base maintenance. - Identify improvement areas, recommend enhancements, and partner with IT on feature upgrades and system integrations. - Ensure compliance with audit, quality, and safety standards. - Maintain accurate task records, reporting, and documentation. Required Skills: - Front‑line IT support experience in a B2B environment. - Proficiency in Jira Service Management (required). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French. - Team collaboration, customer‑centric mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with MS Azure, SQL Server, IIS, and CAT tools (optional). - Knowledge of translation project management applications (FlowFit, Plunet, XTRF) (optional).
