Job Description

**Job Title** Medior Full-Stack Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications that support AI‑driven solutions. Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and project teams from concept through deployment while contributing to architectural decisions. **Expectations** - 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience. - Proficient in both front‑end and back‑end challenges. - Strong understanding of Git flow, CI/CD, code quality, security, and testing practices. - Comfortable working on local servers and cloud environments. - Proactive learner, fluent in English (additional French and Dutch skills preferred). **Key Responsibilities** - Implement new features and maintain existing codebases in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. - Write clean, secure, and well‑tested code following best practices. - Collaborate with ML engineers and project managers to translate AI concepts into functional web solutions. - Participate in architectural design discussions and make ownership decisions on projects. - Manage database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch. - Deploy and maintain services in Docker environments, integrating with AWS services as needed. - Configure messaging systems (SQS, RabbitMQ) and monitoring tools (New Relic, ELK stack). - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance. **Required Skills** - **Core:** TypeScript, Node.js, React, HTML/CSS. - **Databases:** PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch. - **Optional/Bonus:** Redis or other key‑value stores; Docker; AWS integrations; messaging platforms (SQS, RabbitMQ); application monitoring (New Relic, ELK). - Version control with Git, understanding of Git flow. - CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance. - Familiarity with web application security best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - (No mandatory certifications, but experience with relevant cloud or DevOps certifications is a plus.)
