Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Account Manager France Role Summary: Spearheads the commercial adoption of the OdonAssist™ device in French maternity units by combining clinical expertise with sales support. Designs and delivers training programs, builds relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams, and provides market intelligence to inform product strategy and business development. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years clinical practice in obstetrics (physician or midwife). - Proven experience in clinical education, training or medical affairs. - Ability to translate clinical insights into commercial opportunities. - Fluent in French and English; additional EU languages a plus. - Willingness to travel extensively across France. - Start‑up experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and conduct training workshops, seminars, and hands‑on sessions for obstetricians, midwives and other clinicians on the OdonAssist™ device. 2. Support the commercial team in identifying and engaging hospitals, clinicians and key decision‑makers; map target accounts and procurement pathways. 3. Represent the product at major French healthcare conferences (Gynazur, SFMP, etc.) to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness. 4. Deliver regulatory, medical and marketing documentation from a medical affairs perspective; ensure compliance with local standards. 5. Provide input on sales forecasts, territory planning and account strategies. 6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; identify new business opportunities and risks. 7. Contribute to tender submissions and procurement presentations with evidence-based clinical content. 8. Partner with product development to relay user feedback and suggest improvements. 9. Maintain accurate records of training, feedback and related documentation; ensure compliance. Required Skills: - Clinical education and training expertise. - Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management. - Commercial acumen: ability to influence business strategy with clinical data. - Excellent oral, written and bilingual communication. - Time management and prioritisation. - Knowledge of medical regulations and clinical trials. - Comfortable with travel and public speaking. Required Education & Certifications: - Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with obstetrics (or midwifery) specialization; board or equivalent certification in obstetrics. - Certified in obstetric or maternity care preferred. - Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). ---
