Job Description
Job title: Digital Marketing Executive Role summary: Responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid search, paid social, and website-related digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. Acts as a primary client liaison, delivering performance insights, strategic recommendations, and operational support across all digital touchpoints. Expactations: - Mid‑to‑senior level marketing professional with proven experience in PPC and SEO campaigns. - Comfortable managing independent projects while collaborating across a remote, hybrid team. - Willing to travel to client sites and on‑site team meetings when required. Key responsibilities: - Set up, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. - Launch and manage paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. - Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to shape campaign strategy. - Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager and analytics events. - Provide regular performance reports and analytic insights to clients using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio. - Coordinate digital elements of new website launches, including SEO audit, page optimisation, search console setup, and tracking implementation. - Liaise directly with clients during monthly strategy reviews and ad hoc meetings. - Support broader marketing initiatives and contribute to cross‑functional projects as needed. - Identify and experiment with innovative digital tools and tactics to enhance campaign performance. Required skills: - Strong analytical ability to interpret data sets and translate findings into actionable campaign improvements. - Excellent copywriting, editing, and proof‑reading skills for ad creative and reporting content. - Strategic thinking, capable of translating client objectives into campaign concepts. - Solid IT skills with proficiency in Google Marketing platform (GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio). - Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and Meta advertising ecosystems. - Experience with conversion tracking and troubleshooting. - Effective oral communication and client‑presentation skills. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and attending occasional in‑person meetings. Additional skills (advantageous but not mandatory): - Agency‑environment experience. - WordPress website management. - SEO campaign experience. - Utilisation of AI tools for research and productivity. Required education & certifications: - No mandatory formal education; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager are highly desirable.
